Broadcast or Audio Visual equipment service: Cameras, Camcorders, Decks, Lenses, Power supplies, Scopes, Batteries, Microphones or any other Pro equipment. Estimate is usually given the same day. Our typical turn around time is 1 to 3 business days unless parts are not available.

Home and Office Technology equipment: Include laptops, desktops, printers and Plasma Televisions.

Estimates: for repairs, will be given to the customer by Phone, Fax, Email, or Text. Upon approval work will proceed. Tekmediagroup will repair your product as described and for the charges shown on the estimate (unless such charges are revised with your oral or written consent).

Warranty when the product is covered by the manufacturer warranty, Tekmediagroup will perform repairs under the terms of the vendor. When the product is covered by Tekmediagroup warranty, we will perform repairs under the terms of Tekmediagroup.

Sony Warranty repair, we are authorized to repair great deal of Sony Products under warranty.

JVC Warranty repair and Service, we are authorized to repair most JVC Pro. products under warranty.

Panasonic Canon anton-bauer: We service out of warranty only.
